I have a full library of all 699 pictures in 32bit resolution of 1280 X 960, but thought it kinder on you poor visitors to make copies, and reduce them to 640 X 480 for this site. Thumbnails are available for the Selected Gems archives in 160 X 120 resolution, although they're only displayed in 80 X 60 on your screen. A CD with all of the original images is available to all Sponsors who donated over Twenty Pounds. Anyone else may purchase a copy for Ten Pounds (UK), which includes postage and packing in the UK. Please send a cheque drawn in Sterling (or send an International Money Order) for Fifteen Pounds for anywhere else in the world.

None of these pictures could adequately convey the intense beauty of the Kiruna area and sheer exhilaration we all felt during the expedition, but I hope they do give a 'feel' for the fun we had - albeit in some rather challenging environments, the unspoilt quality that is Swedish Lapland and the friends we have made, both human and canine.
This was 'the trip of a lifetime', and I don't regret doing it, with a fractured hand (and seriously straining a muscle in my right leg whilst saving Robs life on the penultimate day!) in the slightest.
Not quite Scott, but a good middle-class second!
